Description
RectorSeal is a leading manufacturer of chemical specialty sealants and related products designed for professional tradesmen. We seek a highly motivated, results-oriented, experienced sales manager based in the Miami, Florida, Metro area to serve as the LATAM/Caribbean Regional Sales Manager. This position will report directly to our Senior Director of Sales.
The primary responsibility will be to successfully market and grow the company’s line of products to the HVAC, Plumbing, and Construction markets through distributors, contractors, and independent manufacturers’ reps in LATAM/Caribbean markets. As this role is externally interfacing, a high level of professionalism is required to represent RectorSeal's core values and to execute our mission successfully.
Minimum Qualifications
- Two years of successful experience in a similar role promoting HVAC, plumbing, or construction products in LATAM/Caribbean markets
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must be able to travel internationally 60% of the time
- Willing to generate new business sales, appoint new distributors, and support current ones
- Ability to create new product demand for our products, visiting key mechanical contractors and large project sites
- Ability to train distributor’s sales force and independent manufacturer reps
- Proven written and verbal skills essential
- Resides in the Miami, Florida Metro Area

Preferred Requirements

Compensation: RectorSeal has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market position. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance or at the discretion of the CSWI Board of Directors.
