Overview
As a Customer Service/Front Desk representative at our church, you will be the first point of contact for members, visitors, and the community. You will greet visitors, answer inquiries, and provide essential administrative support to the church staff.
Responsibilities
- Welcome members, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
- Answer incoming calls and emails, respond to inquiries about church services, programs, and events, and route messages to the appropriate staff members.
- Assist visitors by providing information about the church, connecting them with ministries, and directing them to the appropriate resources or staff.
- Assist with basic administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and distributing mail.
- Provide information and answer questions about church events, helping members and guests register or get involved as needed.
- Provide church resources, including brochures, pamphlets, or schedules to visitors and members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or the equivalent.
- Basic computer skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with church members, visitors, and staff.
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple inquiries, and maintain an organized work environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.26 - $25.73 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
