**Job Title:** Executive Assistant
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be based in Atlanta but for the right person we are open to hiring someone who is based in the Eastern Time Zone.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and discretion
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Utilize document management tools and electronic signatures
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items
- Conduct basic tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Support other team members as needed
- Perform other duties as requested
**Experience:**
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Strong proofreading skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience in project coordination and multitasking
- Familiarity with or similar accounting software is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is preferred
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- German language skills is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork
