Job Summary:
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will take on a pivotal leadership role, overseeing our best-in-class Field Sales team. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness for our brand partners while building strong relationships with our brand and retailer partners.
The ideal candidate is a motivated, results-driven leader with a strong sales background and a passion for developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires the candidate to be located within the Pacific Time Zone (PST). Local candidates must be able to work on-site at our Newport Beach corporate office.
Job Duties:
- Lead and mentor the Field Team, fostering a culture of high energy, ambition, and continuous improvement
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with the Executive Team to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Conduct biweekly training sessions and weekly one-on-one meetings with Field Team to enhance communication and performance
- Analyze sales data to forecast performance, identify new market opportunities, and optimize profitability
- Report on sales performance to company leadership, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and retailer partners (corporate and store level), understanding their business needs and aligning our services accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement targeted sales strategy and drive business growth
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager, directly managing a team of sales professionals at various levels
- Beauty retail sales experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing sales professionals
- Innovative and strategic thinker, capable of developing client-focused, differentiated solutions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Ability to plan and execute strong strategies
- High level of understanding of the market
- Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency
