Job Summary

Are you a highly organized and experienced RV or Automotive Service Advisor looking for a lucrative, work-from-home contract opportunity? We are building a high-quality mobile RV service operation and need a dedicated professional to manage our scheduling and customer flow.

This is a crucial, independent contractor role (1099) responsible for being the primary customer contact, providing initial service quotes, and efficiently scheduling our mobile technicians.

Pay Structure & Earning Potential

This position is paid on a flat-rate commission basis that is tied directly to productivity, providing high earning potential for efficient schedulers:

Rate: $20.00 per billed technician hour scheduled (based on the flat-rate time assigned to the job).
Example: If you book a repair that is factory-rated for 2.5 hours of labor, you are paid $20.00 x 2.5 = $50.00 for that single scheduled job.

Responsibilities

The Remote Service Advisor will be the primary point of contact for all service inquiries. Key responsibilities include:

Customer Triage: Answering all incoming customer calls/emails, professionally diagnosing the RV problem over the phone, and collecting necessary unit information (Year, Make, Model).
Quoting/Bidding: Utilizing your industry knowledge and our established flat-rate guide to provide accurate and competitive estimates to the customer.
Efficient Scheduling: Dispatching and scheduling the mobile technician (our other contractor) based on location, availability, and job priority to maximize the technician’s daily production.
Logistics Management: Ensuring all scheduling and location details are clearly communicated to both the customer and the tech.
Documentation: Accurately logging all customer interactions, quotes, and confirmed appointments in our online management software.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Experience: Previous mandatory experience as an RV Service Advisor, Automotive Service Writer, or Dispatcher. Knowledge of common RV systems is a significant advantage.
Reliability & Availability: Must be highly available and dedicated to answering calls consistently during agreed-upon standard business hours 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST
Technical Setup: Must have a professional-grade communication setup, including reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, dedicated home office space.
Professionalism: Exceptional verbal communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
