Ray Law International, P.C. is seeking a reliable Japanese-Speaking Administrative Assistant to support the Managing Attorney and legal team remotely.

Position Overview

This role supports the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the firm. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a small team.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Managing Attorney and legal team
Communicate with Japanese- and English-speaking clients via email and phone
Assist with document preparation, organization, and file management
Support office operations, scheduling, and internal workflows
Assist with billing-related administrative tasks
Support marketing, business development, and client communications
Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure accuracy and timeliness

Qualifications

Prior administrative or office experience required
Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent customer service and communication abilities
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines
