Duties

Manage calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and reminders using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, practicing excellent phone etiquette
Provide exceptional customer support through email, chat, or phone, addressing inquiries promptly and effectively
Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality communication
Support front desk operations including greeting visitors (virtually or physically), managing office correspondence, and coordinating office supplies
Organize files, manage email inboxes, and streamline administrative workflows for maximum efficiency

Skills

Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Excellent computer literacy including data entry, typing speed, and familiarity with office software tools
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally across multiple channels
Experience with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and document management
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks efficiently
Previous experience as a personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous but not required
