The Role

You’ll provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with customers to ensure a smooth experience with the platform.

Key Responsibilities

Provide support via chat, Slack, and email
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Escalate complex cases to engineering teams
Support customers and guide product usage
Maintain support documentation

Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing technical role (Support, TAM, etc.)
Knowledge of cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), Docker, Kubernetes
Experience with MySQL and troubleshooting tools
Understanding of Linux, networking, and cybersecurity
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
