Role Overview
We’re looking for a part-time contract Executive Assistant / Administrative Coordinator to support day-to-day operations, scheduling, client organization, and light project coordination. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive—comfortable working independently and keeping a small consulting practice running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Manage calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
Draft and organize client documents, proposals, and basic correspondence
Maintain digital files, templates, and project folders
Assist with light bookkeeping tasks (tracking hours, invoices, receipts)
Support CRM and workflow management in Asana/Notion/Google Workspace
Conduct brief research tasks as needed (grant deadlines, client info, etc.)
Provide general administrative support to keep projects moving on time
Help manage social media channels (Instagram + LinkedIn), including light content scheduling and engagement
Draft short-form content such as blogs, insights articles, and social captions

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and time management
Excellent written and verbal communication
Comfortable with Google Workspace, basic spreadsheets, and project tools
Professional, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
Prior admin, operations, or EA experience preferred but not required
