Job Description: Executive Assistant

Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

Location: Remote, East coast preference but not required

About the role:

Momentum Advisory Partners is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Executive Assistant. The executive assistant will provide high level administrative support to the Momentum team including scheduling, document and Google drive management, and basic financial services for clients. This is a full time, remote position with occasional evening and weekend requirements, especially during high volume times ie. election season.

Responsibilities include:

Day to day administrative support for Momentum team
Scheduling support, both internal and external
Google drive maintenance and organization
Docusign management
Note taking
Zoom scheduling
Financial assistance
Copy editing

Job Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized
2+ years of experience in an administrative assistant role or relevant field
Familiarity with:
Zoom
Google Meets
Google Calendar
Google Sheets, Docs and Slides
Google Drive
Travel coordination

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
