Are you an excellent planner and organizer? We’re hiring an executive assistant to provide administrative support to the team lead and help us achieve our organizational goals. Your role is key to ensuring plans are made, schedules are set, meetings happen on time, and files are neatly organized and up-to-date.

Compensation:

$60,000

Responsibilities:

Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive
Be the main point of contact for high-level executive
Support an executive with meeting preparation and take minutes
Manage schedules including itineraries, travel arrangements, and team meetings

Must be a proficient, self-starting problem Solver!
If you don't know the answer, you'll find a way and either fix the problem OR find someone to fix the problem
You are an action-taking, problem solving Boss!

Qualifications:

Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information
Possess a high school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent
2+ years performing supportive duties in a personal assistant or executive assistant role, or similar
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Impeccable time management skills, organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills
