We are seeking skilled HVAC Technicians and/or Journeyman with experience in commercial installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems on commercial buildings/Naval Ships. Basic Requirements

Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems including boilers.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for repairs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Diagnose and resolve HVAC system issues for commercial and marine customers.
Perform routine maintenance and service calls in a timely and professional manner.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints related to HVAC design.
Provide clear communication to customers about system performance and recommendations.
Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national codes.

Preferred Candidates:

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in HVAC service and installation.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Ability to work independently as part of a team.
Valid HVAC certification and a clean background record. (Must be able to obtain and hold a basic security clearance).
Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in construction, appliance repair, plumbing, and field service.
Knowledge of air conditioning principles and boiler operations.
Experience in welding is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor
Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions
EPA certification (preferred, but not required)
