Guidance Analytics is a healthcare quality improvement organization that uses AI to help providers improve their performance. We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative or Executive Assistant to support our daily operations. This part-time role is critical in ensuring that our internal processes run smoothly as we scale our technology.
Responsibilities

Payroll and Finance: Oversee timely payroll processing and maintain accurate financial records.
HR Support: HR functions, including new hire setup and policy documentation. Maintain employee files and basic HR compliance.
Executive Support: Manage scheduling, correspondence, and administrative workflows for leadership.
Office Operations: Maintain digital filing systems and coordinate team communications.

Qualifications:

Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or EA role.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in healthcare and/or tech sectors is a plus.

Working Conditions

Remote
10-15/hours per week to start
$25-30/hour depending on qualifications

Skills:

Strong organizational skills with a "no task too small" mentality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), QuickBooks and Slack

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
