Job Summary
The Dream Chaser Group, Inc. is looking for a versatile and highly organized part-time Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) to perform administrative duties for the President & Chief Dreamer (PCD). In this role, you will be responsible for calendar management, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and handling correspondence, as well as working closely with the PCD on special projects and initiatives. This role also requires you to arrange travel and assist with other duties as needed. Domestic travel may also be required for this role.

To ensure success as the Chief Administrative Officer, you should exhibit excellent organizational skills and demonstrable experience in customer service, administration, and project management. Accomplished CAOs are attuned to their managers' needs and work autonomously to deliver customized administrative support.

Responsibilities

Act as the point of contact between the PCD and internal/external clients
Screen and direct emails, and distribute correspondence
Handle requests and queries appropriately
Manage calendar and schedule meetings and appointments
Organize and manage virtual meetings, keeping track of all required action items
Take, organize, and distribute meeting notes
Source office supplies
Coordinate travel for PCD and/or team
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
Maintain electronic filing system

Required Knowledge + Experience

Two or more years of proven work experience as a personal assistant
Above-average working knowledge of MS Office and/or Google
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Associate degree or higher preferred
A PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications

Compensation range: $25.93 - $29.00 per hour
