Key Responsibilities:

Manage Payables: Ensure all payments are processed accurately every two weeks.
Travel Coordination: Book travel arrangements for the CEO and team, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
Event Planning: Organize and book events, from company gatherings to personal engagements.
Conference Support: Assist with planning and logistics for conferences, including registration, travel, and materials preparation.
Schedule Management: Coordinate personal and professional appointments for the CEO, ensuring optimal time management.
Inbox Management: Oversee the CEO’s email inbox, prioritizing messages and ensuring timely responses.
Team Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and team members, facilitating clear and effective communication.
Slack Administration: Manage the CEO’s Slack workspace and communication channels.

What We’re Looking For:

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in administrative or executive assistant roles is a plus.
Comfort with technology and tools such as email platforms, Slack, and travel booking systems.
Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
