About Us:
Capital Construction and Renovation is a growing construction and renovation company specializing in multifamily and commercial projects. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations, recruiting efforts, and project coordination tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting Support: Assist with finding and screening skilled trade professionals, scheduling interviews, and communicating with contractors.
Documentation: Maintain and organize project files, contracts, purchase orders, and vendor information.
Data Entry: Input and manage data in spreadsheets, project management systems, and internal databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
Scheduling: Manage office and project calendars, issue reminders, and track project schedules.
Office Management Support: Assist with general office operations and provide aid to office management.
Project Coordination Support: Communicate with team members and vendors to ensure deadlines and project milestones are kept.

Qualifications:

3 years proven experience as an administrative assistant, office coordinator, or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with strong sense of urgency
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace with the ability to learn new software quickly
Comfortable handling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Experience in construction, property management, or related fields is a plus

Hourly 1099 position to start

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
