Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires a strong background in office management and executive administrative support, along with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses.
Maintain organized filing systems and manage data entry tasks accurately.
Assist with bookkeeping duties, including managing invoices through QuickBooks.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed, ensuring high-quality proofreading and transcription.
Handle front desk responsibilities, including phone etiquette and customer service interactions.
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Support project coordination efforts by tracking progress and deadlines.
Operate multi-line phone systems effectively while managing incoming calls professionally.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an executive assistant or in similar administrative roles.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping purposes is preferred but not required.
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
Strong clerical experience with a focus on maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Experience in event planning and project coordination is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues. Pay: $65,000.00 per year
