Worked as a customer service and retention at an insurance company for home and vehicles policies. My main tasks ranged from answering calls, emails and text messages from current clients, by making changes on their policies and processing payments.
Worked as a virtual assistant for an immigration law firm. My main tasks varied from calling current clients to update them or answer inbound calls from new clients. I translated official documents from the clients and my employer. Schedule consults for the new clients with the attorney. Also, I fill out forms and questionnaires for the clients.
