Dear Sir/Madam, I am going to write a little about my path. So, along my student`s life, i have studied in the vastest different fields, for instance, on the Medical Science, Computation Science then i have ended up on Social Science (where i found myself while working in real estate) and had contributed to make me think out of the box. Once i have started to study this mayor in Brazil i realized that i was wishing something more in order to stand out from the crowed. Then an idea came up to my mind in order to do it in Moscow and i have done it.
Then, i have finished my bachelor’s degree in Law at “Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration’ (RANEPA) and a Master’s degree in “Law of International Trade and Dispute Resolution” at “National Research University Higher School of Economics” (HSE).
So, during my studying years I have done different kind of work, such academic essays, term papers and thesis and projects for different moot court as well. The moot courts that I have participated were related to different matter as such commercial disputes and UNCITRAL rules, WTO rules, Agreement on disposition of remains of nuclear material, intellectual property and sanctions. The academic essays were written in different matters such as price cap on sanctions, Justiciability and political doctrine, Intellectual property in metaverse and Monetary policy in UE`s institutions. Moreover, I also have written term paper on the subjects of Due Process irregularities to set aside arbitral awards. Finally, the master thesis was elaborated on the topic “Textualism and Evolutive Interpretation Approaches in International Tribunals”.
Moreover, from the experience that i had as a foreigner student I have learned how to interact with different people and peoples and managing it in the globalized world can make a great difference on work daily life, because in this globalized world is very important to have these soft skills in order to create a dialogue with different peoples from different backgrounds which aggregated value towards international sphere.
Furthermore, i have worked as Chairman’s assistant for the Second Eurasian Soccer Organizing Committee, where I have translated letters from RU into ENG/PT-BR and have earned some experience on international relations. Also, I have worked for a small Legal office that I have learned more about commercial relations, and relation between different jurisdictions, financial and logistic activities which are very important elements when it comes to International Dispute and Settlement.
