Administration and clerical duties
Receiving money from patients if there is a shortfall from their medical aid or if the patients do not have medical aid cover at all
Checking sales transactions and verifying them against the bank statement
Verifying that sales correspond with fuel dip sheets
Capturing patients data
Responsible for department of Health applications
Preparing templates foe the various clinical trials
Receiving patients and attending to the switchboard
Taking minutes during meetings and ensuring that all members of the council receive the minutes before the next meeting
Receiving monies and issuing of receipts for the use of the church hall.
Filling the baptismal and confirmation certificates
Receiving and posting of payments on Ultisales (POS tool)
Communicating with debtors in regards to payments
Preparation of all company Financials and liasing with company accountant
Communicating with lawyers and ensuring all the necessary paperwork is submitted.
Asset portfolio management for the director
All HR management functions including payroll and disciplinary processes
Supplier management including placement of orders for stock and settlements of payments
Overseeing the finance and sales department
Liasing with customers over queries and complaints
