I had the oportunity to work as a customer service representative for a collections campaign. Most of my duties were to make outbound calls to remind customers to pay past due bills and also to collect payments in case they were needed
Right now I have a job as a customer service representative in a wireless company campaign in which I receive calls regarding bill explanations, promotions to applied and many other requests
For 12 months I worked in the quality area,
having auxiliary functions in the Total Customer
Satisfaction branch, as well as the warranty
branch in which I was trained in 8Ds and
various quality tools applied in the automotive
industry.
