Executive assistant of the Cruise Director
• Office administration (Entertainment department): reports, working hours, coordinating meetings, schedules preparation, safety duties assignation, cabin planner, conference room usage, crew evaluation.
• Supervisor of the International Hosts Team: on charge of written and
oral communication in all official languages, schedule preparation.
• Management of the simultaneous programmed activities and all
venues on board as per theme nights.
• Public speaking: presentation of theater shows, public
announcements, safety briefings, musical interludes, crew parades.
Key role and referral for VIP guests, Gold/Platinum Members, from their check-in until departure.
•Complaint management and direct liaison between the resort and the
Head Quarters of North America (Canada)
• Hosting private cocktails: fidelity club members, solo travellers, by
nationality, special family and religious celebrations.
• Active participation in the resort´s life: sport and entertainment activities, decoration set up and breakdown, parades, informative sessions, etc.
• Reservations and sitting of guests, protocol procedures for VIP guests with committees or security personnel, requests for special celebrations and dietary needs, daily menu renovation.
• Individual ID scanning as per Qatari law, reservations, flow managements respecting the maximum capacity of the venue during high-attendance event
• Guest Relations, customized service as per language target, complaint management, help desk, presentations/lectures, hosting private events and cocktails, translations, tour escort and language interpreter.
