I'm 45 years, live in Chile. Work as I speak spanish, english and swedish.. why I speak swedish ? Well I was raise in Sweden until 13 years. I am a costumer service lover, since I worked at Delta Airlines my first job where i discover this skill, they gave me all the tools and some trainings at the headquarter in Atlanta Usa to bulid an amazing customer service agent. I developed profesional comunication skills, detail oriented and a problem solver .I learned adminsitrative tasks at Delta Sky club such as control of monthly budgets, inventories, coordinating catering service for Vip passengers. I learn more abour first point of contact as a receptionsit at Puma Chile and also as adminsitrative support in special requestes or projects with HR - Retail/ ecommerce in this project for puma.com I work as customer care, working under much presure wich i enjoy really. In charge of providing solutions to orders with failured in the purchasing process executing money refunds, deliverys, compensation coupon and special solution when it was nedded. What I bring to the table as employee is commitment, leadership, selfmotivation, creativity to suggest improvements , energetic and available when nedded. I am currently working on a personal project as an online english coach providing school support for childrean, workshops for begginers and speaking classes for future travelers.
