About
Entrepreneurial project of a translation agency dealing with documents
required in the English- and Spanish-speaking markets, such as product registrations (in the
INVIMA) ; to provide customer service to multinational clients, collaboration and partnering
with Chambers of Commerce ; to obtain the business legal status and taking part in

Tasks/Achievements: Support in the assignment of health regulatory registrations for licensed
products; medical devices and other products (glycometers, sphygmomanometers, nutritional
supplements, and raw material) coming from the Asian, European, North-American markets. To
check the legal contracts dealing with the licensing for those products and the negotiations
involved both nationally and internationally. To manage the products in the SAP. To attend to
international fairs as the buying agent and looking for new options to enhance the product
portfolio of our company.

regulatory registrations for medicines/drugs in the Colombian Institute for Drugs/Medicines
Surveillance (INVIMA).
Tasks/Achievements: Management of physical-chemical analysis of lubricant oils for different
kinds of engines; coordinator of the process for implementing ISO 9001 in the company.
To manage the sales budget allocated to this unit for nutraceuticals
produced as soft capsules and gums; to manage the CRM Salesforce and project management
tools.

Tasks/Achievements : Knowledge of the stages in a specific project in order to complete it within
the deadline while appropriately managing the allocated budget. To attend to international fairs
like the Supply Side West (USA) in order to know the market and listen ideas for new business
opportunities; it led us to the new initiative to launch our new line of Omega gum and soft
capsules targeting different markets as an option to expand the ongoing product lines among our
clients. Unit trainer in the course on therapeutic effect of the fish oil mix (Omega 3); to provide
business support in the audits carried out by the USA to Procaps S.A. both in the gum and the
GSC production plants. Starting trainer for Project Managers and CRM programs (Salesforce).
Pharmaceutical marketing analysis to obtain new ideas to increase the
current portfolio of the company on those not available technologies. Seeking licenses and
contract manufacturing services from abroad.
Customer service processes, both internal and external; negotiation with
suppliers; general services; research on molecules and coordination of new projects of Gelatin-
Based Soft Capsules for the American, Canadian and European markets; provide support to
obtain health regulatory registrations from the regulatory agencies in these countries (FDA,
Health Canada and European Commission); management of business offers and negotiation
techniques in general.
