Telephone, mail and chat assistance to customers in the Spanish market for the launch of Disney Plus in Europe.
I managed to demonstrate my skills in written communication and my biggest job was in the Social Media Department for the Spanish market.
The pandemic forced us to work from home: the situation increased the volume of work and the prioritization of daily objectives.

2022–2023 - Athens, Greece. I worked as a Customer Service Agent, B2B for Singapore Airlines. Email and telephone assistance to travel agencies in Spain.
I worked in a prestigious Law Firm in Mendoza, Argentina, dealing with emails, packages mailing, personal and working agendas in a law firm, hearings, employees and external companies, suppliers and clients.

When I came back to Argentina in 2014, I worked again for this Law Firm. I was in charge of the finantial movings: banks, other law firms and accountants.
I worked in various multinational companies while living in Argentina and later in Barcelona, Spain.
I dealt with emails, package mailing, telephone assistance (high amount of callings), events and tasks for the Human Resources Department.
Likewise, I was in charge of email assistant, and I was the point of contact with external suppliers, other associate companies´ employees and clients.
English Language and Literature Teacher in various areas and learning levels: schools, private teaching institutes, private and multinational companies. | Examination boards for international exams.
