· Administer all Overtime applications, Schedules, duty sheets and inspection.
· Administer the Allowances, Sunday, Night shift and Public holidays.
· Administer Payrolls.
· Create Financial Authorities (FA).
·
· Administer the Income Tax, Departmental Debt, Interdepartmental claims.
· Handle salary enquiries.
· Administer the Cellular and 3G Management, S&T claims and Clothing Claims.
· Administer Budgets, Supplier Payments, Advisory Committee and General ledgers.
