About
My name is María Candela Vidal Rivas, and I am currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana. I completed my secondary education at St. Alban's College, where I obtained a Bilingual High School Diploma in Social Sciences and have an advanced level of English. My professional goal is to specialize in labor and organizational psychology, as I am interested in exploring the impact of psychological factors on productivity rates within companies.
I am 21 years old and have gained work experience in various fields. Throughout my career, I have held positions where I developed administrative, communication, and technological skills. I have become familiar with Microsoft Office 365, customer service, and professional relationship management, as well as problem-solving, teamwork, and social media management. Additionally, I have participated in volunteer work, which has further broadened my skill set.
In 2023, I worked freelance on two projects where I was responsible for managing social media communication strategies. The first project was with Gustavo Spatocco, former producer of Mercedes Sosa, where I focused on managing social media to promote a series of concerts at the Teatro Picadero in Buenos Aires. The second project was with MusicTop, the music channel of Canal 26, where I contributed to creating a social media strategy focused on promoting an interview with the band Marama.
Additionally, in 2022, I worked at Akuatics, where I handled internal communication, customer service, call management, and collections. During this experience, I was able to develop and refine skills such as interacting with people, teamwork, problem-solving, and using Excel.
At this stage, I am seeking a position that will allow me to leverage my current skills while also learning new ones, particularly in a team-oriented environment where I can interact with people and contribute to collective goals.
