About
Worked as a customer service representative for Walmart almost one year, I had to take inbound calls and check on orders placed by customers and verify that all of these orders were fine. Also, we had to provide tech support to the customers that bought Walmart branded products, looking for the manual and guiding customers through basic troubleshooting.
I worked as a customer service for a healthcare company. In this position, I needed to handle HIPAA information for the members, including their medical records. Needed to schedule appointments, check pricing for medications, offer different type of plans, check medical bills, check member's applications for the insurance, file grievances and QAA forms for negative services from the providers.
I was a customer service supervisor for a healthcare company more than one year. In this role, I needed to audit calls from advocates and find successes and opportunities from them, perform coaching session in order for them to improve their metrics and the customer experience. I needed to find resolutions to the issues presented by our advocates.
