Make and answer phone calls, taking and/or leaving the corresponding
messages.
Provide attention to people who come to the company's offices
(customers, suppliers and the general public).
Receive and deliver correspondence, documents and information (on magnetic
or other media), following the policies and procedures established for this
purpose.
Assist in secretarial and office tasks to the administrative area of the company,
as required.
Ensure order and good appearance at the company reception. Perform other
duties as required
Make payments, cash, checks, transfers and posnet. Issuing receipts, invoices,
processing refunds and exchanges. Record all transactions and notify if there is
any problem. Process customer returns.
Main responsibilities as Hygiene and Safety Assistant:
Assist and collaborate with the person responsible for Hygiene and Safety.
Prepare the itinerary and development of the annual training plan. Maintain
documentation and records of area activities. Carry out the visual review and
control of fire-fighting and safety and hygiene elements in general.
Collaborate and compile records of work accidents.
Ensure the implementation of an occupational health and safety culture and
management system, guaranteeing the prevention of injuries. Support and
control the implementation of occupational health and safety policies,
regulations, programs, procedures and legal requirements. Supervise the
processes of the work areas.
Coordinate and execute actions for the prevention and correction of substandard
work acts and conditions.
Train staff in established procedures and controls. Knowledge of accident
investigation, local mining legislation and internal hygiene and safety regulations.
Training in integrated management systems (ISO 14001 and 9001). Main
responsibilities as Marketing Assistant:
Collaborate and participate in the department's planning and objective
definition programs.
Organize special events that promote the Brand's image and products.
Provide logistical support in the preparation and distribution of newsletters.
Manage and manage suppliers, flyers, banners, among others).
Provide Bilingual customer service in English.
Manage the PC (between 7-9 programs). Resolve complaints quickly
