I'm a hard working person, willing to help others. I speak English as a second language, I´m also an interpreter I can do consequtive translation. I take notes really fast and I'm able to get used to any environment in no time, etc.
About
I worked for FEDEX and Choice in the last three years, I was able to learn a lot about the way each customer services works. I learnt to deal with different personalities and do multiple things at the same time. e.g from taking complaints to find resolutions in a timely manner.
