About
Act as a main client contact for clients.
Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key
service/functional owners on client account and be the main point of
contact for the client for day-to-day delivery matters and changes to
scope. Respond or re-direct queries accordingly to provide a good
client service
Taking part in consumer /competitor analysis studies
Briefing packaging briefs and overseeing projects from start to finish.
Managing client expectation and client requests.
Ensuring all packaging copy is proofread and to clients exact
specification.
Remain in regular contact with clients to understand and meet their
needs & demands
Using Chase for briefs, cost, timesheets and recons
Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the client’s satisfaction
and to maintain the company’s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Organising and planning office fun events
Coordinating with clients and stakeholders to align on project
requirements and expectations
Organising and Managing Motion Shoots
Ensuring all equipment and resources are available and functional
Supervising post-production processes to ensure high-quality output
Handling logistical aspects such as transportation, catering, and on-
site safety measures
Help perform research
Prepare financial reports, and assist with reconciling accounts using
Chase.
Attend meetings and take minutes for the account managers.
Proofreading copy on artwork and getting internal approval
Organising office events such as Creative Circle talks, Year-end
parties and office braai
Perform research on social media trends and how they
impact brands.
Preparing strategies that can be implemented
Presenting strategies to clients and getting client buy in
on the presented strategy
