My main tasks were: database management to guarantee the correct management of customer information, customer loyalty to maintain long-term relationships and offer a personalized service adapted to their needs, after-sales advice to provide ongoing support and resolve any questions or concerns that may arise after purchase. Last but not least, complaint tracking to allow us to identify areas for improvement and ensure customer satisfaction at all times.
Being a marketing assistant gave me the opportunity to participate in the creation and execution of strategies to reach customers effectively. This position allowed me to expand my knowledge and experience by interacting with the target audience from a unique perspective. From market research to the development of creative campaigns, the work of a marketing assistant covers various areas that allowed me to grow professionally and contribute to the success of the company.
Opening a store involves a series of key responsibilities to ensure the proper functioning of the establishment. As well as providing exceptional customer service with a commercial focus. One of the fundamental tasks was: validating orders, managing inventory and carrying out product replacements effectively. In addition to receiving suppliers, managing administrative tasks was essential to keep the store running efficiently.
