I’m a Law student with hands-on experience in high-volume legal intake and case management. My focus is on providing a great client experience while keeping internal workflows organized and efficient.
While my core work is in legal support and bilingual communication, I am passionate about using AI and CRM tools to simplify repetitive tasks and improve department productivity. Most recently, I worked as a Legal Assistant at Consumer Law Group, LLC. My daily responsibilities included organizing my schedule, setting up client appointments, drafting translations and declarations, filling out legal forms, and handling our inbound call queue, where we received hundreds of client calls every day.
