About
Develop comprehensive mental health
assessments and treatment planning for adults,
children and adolescents.
Oversees, directs, and document therapy services,
counseling rehabilitative services, case
management services and crisis interventions.
Conduct pre-admission psychiatric hospital
screening, crisis intervention, facil itate and
monitor psychiatric hospitalizations and after
care recommendations.
Participate in all service functions, including the
planning, coordination, and implementation of
services according to the individual Service Plan
Update the service plan based on on-going
assesments anrecomendations
Provide direct psychoterapy services
Helps participants to access the services
specified in their service plans
Provide informational and educational services to
family members.
Review medication information including
observing and reporting affects and side effects
of prescribed medications.
Mantain clear and up to date documentation on
assigned participants
