About
Responsible for data gathering and analysis of production samples for quality
evaluation at SABIC. I generated a database of production samples, ensuring
each product underwent the appropriate quality measures. For products that
passed the quality evaluation, I recorded the name, color, date, and time of
release in an Excel spreadsheet.
• Daily registration of production times for each shift.
• Distribution and shipment of material to the different international
headquarters for review and analysis.
• Logistic of the quality management system, if an specific product from the
batch was required to be sent to a different headquarters to the quality team
for quality measure.
• Full inventory of production batches.
• Weekly registration of the production lines regarding each shift.
• Conducted periodic maintenance and recycling supervision of products
retained in storage from the previous year. Additionally, I managed the
inventory of these products, assigning them an expiration date of one year.
After this period, the products were recycled. If any recently produced items
presented issues, such as being too soft, having small dots, or feeling rough to
the touch, we would compare them against the saved inventory for quality
control purposes.
Diligently keeping the quality handbook updated in compliance with the ISO 9001:2015
standard.
