- Last position: Back Office Agent - use of Zendesk platform to reply customers with written responses to their cases, according to compliance. Use of different tools associated to the platform to analize each specific case in order to solve or escalate to the next tier. Follow the guidelines and instructions associated to the different situations. Analize keywords to determine if it is necessary to clear, suspend, escalate, etc the different campaigns.
