With over 5 years of experience as an Operations and Business Support Specialist, along with
a solid background in process optimization and customer experience satisfaction, I have
demonstrated my ability to efficiently manage complex operations and ensure compliance
with business objectives.
My experience in different CRM tools, such as Salesforce, Zendesk, Intercom, Slack, Jira
Atlassian and more, has allowed me to implement innovative solutions that have resulted in a
