As a Conveyancing Secretary, my primary responsibilities included:

2. Preparing and typing legal documents, such as contracts, deeds, and transfer documents.
3. Conducting searches and obtaining necessary documentation from authorities, such as local councils and Land Registries.
4. Liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders to obtain information and updates.
5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
6. Assisting with the preparation of settlement statements, invoices, and other financial documents.
7. Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and settlements.
