Micro-manage ZIMPOST float system for ZIMPOST outlets within the
service centre reach.
• Processing of Adjustments and repairing of Rejected Items.
• Monitoring the service centre GL accounts and suspense accounts
• Customer education on the Bank’s products, services, and
technologies.
• Posting monthly commissions for both Ecocash and FML commissions.
Accepting and process loan applications.
• Oversight of the branch’s loan book to ensure branch produces the
best quality work and surpass the expected collection performance.
• Attending and resolving client queries within the set turnaround time.
• Customer education on the Bank’s products, services, and
technologies.
• Enhance turnaround time through processing with speed and
accuracy in accordance with the service charter.
Accounts relationship management with MOA institutions.
• Analysis and reporting of the Bank’s loan book by product and client’s
segmentation.
• Preparation of monthly loan deduction schedule for onward
submission to SSB and other relevant stakeholders.
• Implementing & Enforcing Resolution of Issues raised by Internal or
External Audit/Branch Inspection/Risk/Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe.
• Data clean-up of CRB file for RBZ monthly submission.
