About
I am a professional with 4 years of experience in customer service, with extensive experience in dealing with and solving challenging situations. During this time, I was able to develop strong empathy skills, adaptability and quick thinking, clear and persuasive communication, emotional intelligence and technical knowledge.
Since I was young, I have shown a passion for dealing with people, making the decision to specialize in a safe one!
In high school, my parents decided to enroll me in a school with alternative education, including a technical vocational course in agriculture, since we have rural production.
During these three years of studies, I took various classes, including administration, agribusiness and practical classes focused on the agricultural environment, developing various skills and responsibilities.
When I moved to Belo Horizonte in 2019, I had the opportunity to start my professional career in customer service as a receptionist at a medical clinic. During the pandemic, I began a new journey at the company Aec Centro De Contatos. For 2 years at this company, I worked on Inter and Cemig products. In 2022, I started working as a back office for the Stellantis product, where I found new challenges and skills.
My passion for customer service led me to identify myself as a flight attendant. And in 2021, after researching and informing myself, I started the course at Esaer Escola de Aviação Civil.
At the same time, I started private English lessons with teacher Isabela Sifuentes, where I excelled and quickly became fluent. I currently continue taking classes to maintain and improve my skills.
And Italian came from the desire to learn a new language. I am at the beginning of the course with a native teacher and classes taught in English.
