Hydrocarbons.
● Implemented the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing Prevention System.
● Responsible for executing legal Due Diligence for the acquisition of assets and companies incorporated outside
the country, under Chapter 11, for a total of USD 20 million.
● Led the renegotiation of Natural Gas Supply Contracts for compression and commercialization.
● Participated in obtaining the Concession for Natural Gas Distribution in the Tumbes Region.
● Obtained permits for the exploration of 115 wells in Block XXIII, and operation of service stations nationwide.

● Provided oversight for the execution and negotiated amendments to a Build, Own, Operate, and Transfer (BOOT)
Contract for the compression plant for Block 57, totaling USD 20 million.
● Supervised administrative, judicial, and criminal proceedings initiated by entities such as Osinergmin, OEFA, or
private entities.
● Supported the company's top officials in dealing with various stakeholders: government authorities, contractors,
community relations, and partners.
Acted as the primary liaison with internal clients, strategically assembling project teams based on technical
expertise and soft skills. Reported directly to the E&P Director and the Legal Services Manager, overseeing junior
lawyers and interns as required by project needs.
● Responsible for preparing notices for the General Shareholders' Meeting and reviewing the respective minutes.
● Responsible for preparing and managing the E&P legal services budget.
● Led negotiations and developed strategies that successfully resolved claims totaling USD 66 million.
● Participated in operations committees, providing advice within the framework of the Joint Operation Agreement
signed with our partner for Block 57.
● Assisted the company's top officials (directors and managers) in dealing with various stakeholders: government
authorities, contractors, community relations, and partners.
● Conducted training sessions on Joint Operations Agreements and local contracts for an average of 150 people
across various teams in the business unit.

from Repsol.
