· Log and resolved cases on CRM (Customer Relationships Management) and accurately determined
· To attend customer queries regarding their payment for certain account.
· To handle all incoming and outgoing mail and documentation quickly and effectively in order to endure an effective registration.
· Captured customer’s details verified and rectified on the Account management system.
· Send Tax Invoices with Account statement to Road users
· Updating stats Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
· Able to source information from Trans-union and E-natis
· Follow the South African National Road Agency Limited (SANRAL) KPI’s. TCH, TMT, RTMC, VPC-Business Rules
