I played a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of warehouse operations. My primary responsibilities encompassed proficiently executing tasks such as Shipping and receiving process, BOL, RF scanning, shipping, returns, quality control and picking/ packing if needed.
I contributed to the efficiency of the supply chain process, consistently meeting quality standards. Through the RF scanning technology, I facilitated accurate inventory management, enhancing overall operational precision.
In this position, I assumed the role of Inbound Clerk. My main responsibility was to ensure accurate communication between customers and the warehouse personnel. I facilitated this communication by providing appointments, ensured that all products were properly shipped correctly and well managed by our coworkers. My tasks included creating Bills of Lading (BOL), managing inventory,
among other duties related to this role. Most of my interactions with coworkers and customers were conducted online via meetings, email, and shared documents.
My main responsibilities included answering phone calls from customers, taking orders, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. I was required to maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring that all information was entered into our database correctly. I had to be organized and detail-oriented, keeping track of multiple customers and their orders, concerns and requests at once. In addition to customer interaction, I was also responsible for administrative tasks such as data entry and filing. I had to be proficient in using a computer and have strong typing skills to keep up with the fast-paced nature of the job. Overall. My job required excellent communication and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment, I had to be patient and empathetic with customers, using problem solving skills to find solutions to their issues.
