About
As a Customer Care Representative, my responsibilities included processing orders, keeping track of their status, and providing all relevant information related to customer orders. I regularly communicated with logistics companies, suppliers, and physical store collaborators to ensure smooth order fulfillment. I handled replacements, refunds, and provided appropriate discounts in line with internal policies.
In addition, I occasionally took on the role of Assistant Supervisor and Supervisor during the supervisor's absence. I also participated in a temporary internal pilot program where I trained underperforming agents to help them meet required performance goals. My role demanded strong communication, problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and motivate team members.

Additionally, I collaborated on the selection process and prepared reports for bids related to renovation projects across various branches.
