About
Administrative Support:

Maintain the school calendar, scheduling meetings, events, and parent-teacher conferences.
Coordinate logistics for school events, workshops, and extracurricular activities.
Assist with staff scheduling and substitute teacher arrangements.
Student and Parent Engagement:
Greet and assist students, parents, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Process student enrollment, transfers, and attendance records.
Address and resolve general inquiries and concerns from parents and guardians.
Staff Support:
Assist teachers and staff with administrative tasks, such as photocopying, preparing classroom materials, and managing supply inventories.
Maintain updated staff records and documentation.
Support the leadership team with confidential tasks and special projects.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with school policies and local regulations regarding documentation and student records.
Prepare reports for internal use and submissions to regulatory bodies as needed.
Lesson Planning and Delivery:
Develop customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, learning styles, and goals.
Conduct interactive and engaging online lessons that enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
Use a variety of teaching tools and resources, including digital platforms, to create an effective virtual learning environment.
Student Assessment and Feedback:
Assess students’ proficiency levels and track their progress over time.
Provide constructive feedback and actionable recommendations to help students improve their language skills.
Design and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and tests to reinforce learning.
Student Engagement and Support:
Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment that encourages active participation.
Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse age groups and cultural backgrounds.
Address any challenges or questions students may have during the learning process.
Curriculum Development:
Create or modify teaching materials to align with students’ objectives and interests, such as academic English, conversational English, or business English.
Stay updated on best practices in English language instruction and incorporate innovative techniques.
