We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join our team focusing on skill training programs in Nepal. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing engaging and informative content aimed at promoting skill development initiatives, attracting learners, and fostering community engagement.

Roles And Responsibilities Of Content Creators

Create high-quality written, visual, and multimedia content for various platforms, including websites, social media channels, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
Develop compelling narratives, stories, and educational content to showcase the benefits and importance of skill training programs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
Work closely with the marketing team, instructional designers, and program managers to coordinate content development and dissemination.
Collaborate with external partners, influencers, and industry experts to amplify reach and impact.

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in content creation, preferably in the education, training, or nonprofit sectors.
Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in graphic design tools and multimedia production software.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and content management systems.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and storytelling techniques.
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the skill development landscape in Nepal is a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Fluent in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
