Duties

- Handle phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while addressing inquiries or directing calls appropriately.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Act as a personal assistant to senior staff members as needed, facilitating their daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.

Skills
- Strong project coordination abilities with a focus on meeting deadlines.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in event planning with an eye for detail to ensure successful execution.
- Familiarity with phone systems and exceptional phone etiquette skills.
- Excellent proofreading skills to maintain high standards of written communication.
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks for handling financial transactions is advantageous.
