About the Role
The role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to promote the client's products and brand. This position oversees all aspects of marketing, including digital marketing, content creation, social media, events, and partnerships. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for the arts and experience in the consumer goods industry. A Day in the Life
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
- Assist with the execution of the integrated marketing plan across both digital and physical sales and promotional channels.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, catalogs, videos, and social media content.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns and materials to support sales efforts.
- Plan and execute events, trade shows, and workshops to showcase products and engage with customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with creators, artists, designers, and other key partners to promote the brand and products.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for new products and marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to achieve business goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure all marketing activities are cost-effective.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve departmental and company objectives.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the consumer goods or art supplies industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems.
- Passion for art and design, with knowledge of the industry and its trends.
