Job Duties:
●Manage agent emails and texts; read and filter communications, and confirm appointments.
●Maintain and organize the calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are well-scheduled and prepared.
●Prepare necessary documents for real estate transactions and manage CRM with up-to-date client information.
●Execute the 44 Point Database Plan, including direct mail pieces, phone calls, emails and client events.
●Plan and schedule showings, coordinate tours, and prepare necessary information.
●Manage client birthdays and special occasions.
●Assist in creating engaging social media posts.
●Upload social media posts, resize and repurpose content across all platforms.
●Assist with the day-to-day operations of the real estate business, as well as the agent’s other businesses, and aid with personal responsibilities.

●Fluent in English and Spanish (90-100% accuracy).
