- Handle incoming and outgoing mail related to case files.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in records management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a legal setting or records management required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and records management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
